Compliance and Performance Monitoring

Compliance Reporting

ICOS has a module that facilitates the capture of information by surveillance operators of procedures taking place within a casino. The system is designed to minimize the amount of free text that is entered so as to maximize data integrity. Information is organized for effective reporting so that managers can be quick decision makers.

Managers are able to retrieve real time reports through a variety of communication channels, the most common being the web browser. The image below is an example of a surveillance report.

The graph below was generated by clicking on the “Jackpot Verification” link in the image above. There were 38 Jackpot verifications as indicated by the report but the graph immediately shows you that 13 (almost 40%) came from Bank 60203.

ICOS reports are well organized and easy to read but in the case above, the corresponding graph was able to immediately alert the manager that of the 38 jackpot verifications, 13, (almost 40%) came from one Bank. After just two months of using the system, managers have been empowered to become effective decision makers.

Performance Monitoring

ICOS has been assisting casinos in highlighting table and dealer discrepancies and inefficiencies through the use of electronic data capture forms. Table and dealer audits are now done electronically which facilitates automatic workflow and stricter accountability measures. ICOS has also been able to assist with the performance appraisal process and highlight table inefficiencies quicker.
