Stock
The ICOS Stock Module is used to manage casino stock items that need to be regulated. The module provides a digital dashboard of all regulated items within a casino and alerts when stock items reach defined quantity levels.
The system manages the movement of stock once the following requirements have been defined:
- Stock Type to move
- From Location and To Location
- Staff permissions ( Biometric or user-name/password or both )
- Customized information required for the movement
Below is an example of movement rules that manages the complete movement cycle of Poker Blue cards around a casino.
Below are the rule details for one movement within the Poker Blue cycle.
The rule permissions for the movement i.e. staff members that have the rights to access and move the stock items.
Examples of custom fields that have been setup for this movement of Poker Blue cards e.g. Results, Drop amount and Total amount.
All stock movements have a complete audit trail with the following information:
- Date and Time of movement
- Status of the movement e.g. complete
- Persons involved in the complete movement cycle with biometric signatures and photos
