Casino Observation Tools
Connecting the dots
I’m always amazed at the intelligence of Facebook to connect me with people. Facebook is merely using the “multi-tasking” power of the computer. I’ve met some people who are good at multi-tasking but human beings do have a limit. Computers have no limit as long as the software is smart.
Clients using our new ICOS collusion tools entered the era of “informed observations” in 2009. As information is logged, so the multi-tasking ability of ICOS starts to highlight staff members that could be a risk to the casino e.g. Staff A and Guest B have been at the same winning tables three times in a calendar month.
This kind of assistance is:
* highly unlikely or very time consuming with manual based systems
* difficult with non-integrated electronic systems
* very possible with an integrated electronic system like ICOS
Just as you sit back and allow Facebook to connect you with minimal effort and fun, so you can begin to do the same with smart management software or should I say “Facebook era software”.
Casino Reporting
Our latest release of ICOS reports has changed the daily view of managers significantly. After just 1 month of using the new version, James Hauptfleisch, Surveillance Administrator at Gold Reef City Casino had the following to say: “I don’t know how we survived without ICOS.”
Managers can now spend more time protecting the assets of the casino and leading their teams well.
